The accommodation office collects identity, contact, academic, guardian, and payment-evidence records solely to verify eligibility and allocate hostel bedspaces. Documents are stored privately and are accessible only to you and authorized officers. Retention periods are configured by the university. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data from your privacy page. Published allocation and audit records are retained for institutional accountability and are not deleted through ordinary requests. This notice must be reviewed by the university before launch.
